Apply Online

To apply online for a grant towards loft or cavity wall insulation or any other free services we provide, simply complete the application form. The form has five sections and should take you approximately five minutes to complete providing you have all the information.

We require the following information from you to process your application:

• Name, address and contact details
• Property and central heating details
• Which benefit you are receiving (if applicable)
• If you are over 65 years old (required for over 65's scheme)
• Household Income (if you feel you are classed as 'fuel poor')

What Happens Next?

Once you have submitted your application and it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email message sent to the email address provided, this will detail the services you are eligible for, the partner agencies that will be contacting you and when you can expect to hear from them.
